Joel and Kiley Driscoll appears to be a kind, loving, committed, adventurous, Christian couple with two children. Joel is the son of missionary parents and lived in Japan while growing up. There he felt the desire and call to also be an overseas missionary. He attended Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, WA, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Mission Aviation Technology. He is currently employed by Mission Aviation Fellowship as a Pilot/Mechanic in the islands of Indonesia. Joel and his wife, Kiley, met when they were around ten in California and continued their friendship for many years. She also attended Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, WA, graduating with a TESOL degree. Kiley is a homemaker. She says that she connects with her family in CA over social media platforms every day. Kiley also shared the call for overseas missions, in addition to adoption. Both sets of families are supportive of the couple’s plans to adopt.

In their adoption testimony, the Driscolls write: “We had talked about adoption while dating and throughout our marriage so while a bit comical it wasn’t totally shocking that I was bringing it up.. I shared that I was truly happy with our two babes on earth and our one in Heaven but felt like there were more children for us to love. However, he completely surprised me and told that he had a peace about us pursuing adoption and we could see where the Lord would lead.”

The Driscoll’s pastor in CA highly recommends them without any reservations by writing: “They attended our church when they lived in the United States, and we are part of a prayer group that meets with them regularly via video. Joel and Kiley have impeccable character. Their home is a place of warmth and love. They are both patient and gentle. They understand their children and their developmental levels. They are kind, unselfish, parents…Their children are energetic, happy, and healthy.”
